TAELER: TNA Wrestling Heads to Dothan, Alabama Just Days After Bound For Glory

TNA Wrestling Heads to Dothan, Alabama Just Days After Bound For Glory

TNA Wrestling is taking Thursday Night iMPACT! to Alabama.

The company announced that tickets are now on sale for two nights of TNA action at the Dothan Civic Center in Dothan, Alabama, on Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday, October 14.

Both events are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. local time and are being promoted as Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC events.

TNA currently advertises Ricky Sosa, Xia Brookside, Nic Nemeth, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Moose, Leon Slater and Mustafa Ali among the talent scheduled to appear.

But it's the timing of these shows that makes Dothan particularly interesting.

What Will TNA Look Like After Bound For Glory?

Bound For Glory takes place Sunday, October 11 at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

Just two days later, TNA arrives in Dothan.

That means the Alabama dates won't simply be another stop on TNA's 2026 calendar. They'll arrive immediately after the company's biggest event of the year — potentially with new champions, new rivalries and an entirely different direction for several members of the roster.

That's where things get interesting.

Nic Nemeth is currently scheduled to defend the TNA World Championship against Leon Slater at Bound For Glory. Xia Brookside is set to defend the Knockouts World Championship against Indi Hartwell.

Both Nemeth and Brookside are currently among the names advertised for Dothan.

So is Slater.

Obviously, we don't know what those championship pictures will look like when the final bell rings in Tampa — and that's exactly the point.

Professional wrestling is often at its most interesting the night after a major event. The championship matches may happen at Bound For Glory, but the consequences have to begin somewhere.

Dothan could be where we get our first real look at what's next.

TNA Continues Taking iMPACT! on the Road

The Dothan dates also continue something important for TNA: taking its television product into different markets and putting the roster in front of fans around the country.

There is something about wrestling television coming from a new building and a different crowd that can change the energy of a show.

As wrestlers, we feel that.

Every crowd has its own personality. Some make you work for them. Some are ready to go from the moment the first entrance music hits. And sometimes you walk through the curtain and immediately realize you're going to have one of those nights.

That's part of what makes professional wrestling special.

Television viewers see the ring, the lights and the wrestlers.

But the crowd is another character in the show.

And two nights in Alabama, immediately following Bound For Glory, gives TNA a fresh room full of people to help write the beginning of its next chapter.

Tickets for TNA Wrestling at the Dothan Civic Center on October 13 and October 14 are on sale now.
