Lady Frost Reportedly Finished With MLW After Six-Month Run
Lady Frost's time with Major League Wrestling appears to have come to an end.
According to reporting from Fightful Select, Frost is reportedly finished with MLW approximately six months after joining the promotion.
It's important to make the distinction here: MLW has not publicly announced her departure, so this remains an attributed report rather than an official announcement from the company.
Still, it's an interesting development involving someone who has quietly built one of the more unique résumés on the independent scene.
Frost has never really stayed inside one wrestling bubble.
She's worked across the American independent scene, appeared for major promotions and continued expanding her résumé internationally — including appearances connected to CMLL during her MLW run.
That versatility matters.
Some wrestlers become synonymous with one promotion. Others become valuable precisely because you can put them almost anywhere, against almost anyone, and they find a way to make it work.
Frost has increasingly fallen into that second category.
Her most recent MLW appearance came at Fightland on September 12, where she faced Masha Slamovich.
If the reports are accurate and that ultimately proves to be the end of Frost's MLW chapter, the obvious question becomes what comes next.
And that's where things get interesting.
There is currently no confirmed report that Frost has signed with another promotion, and there doesn't appear to be a confirmed destination waiting in the wings. Anything beyond her reported MLW departure would therefore be speculation.
But wrestling is an increasingly interconnected world.
AEW and ROH continue utilizing wrestlers from outside their immediate rosters. TNA has embraced crossover opportunities. CMLL continues to provide an international platform for talent from multiple promotions, and the independent scene itself remains capable of turning wrestlers into attractions without requiring them to exclusively belong to one company.
For someone with Frost's experience and presentation, there are plenty of possibilities.
Sometimes leaving a promotion isn't the story.
It's what happens once you're free to walk through another door.
Lady Frost's next one is worth watching.
